Likelihood to Recommend Kentico is a robust and flexible CMS platform that is great for managing multiple websites and multiple environments (dev, stage, and production for instance). It makes content management very easy and makes it easy to keep the environments synced with the same content. However, the Kentico CMS does require a bit more technical understanding to get it set up properly and requires a bit more effort and support than, say, free open-source options.
Read full review monday marketer is a great tool for managing everything from the idea stage, to the production of content, to organizing goals and campaigns, all the way to collaborating and sharing with stakeholders and leadership. We used to work on multiple tabs in a worksheet, and monday.com changed the game. We're more organized than ever, and we can easily share what works/what doesn't with other team members around the globe!
Read full review Pros I love the intuitive top and left navigation within the content management platform. I can easily find what section, sub-section, and page I'm looking to edit For creating content, the WYSIWYG editor is so intuitive; it feels like you're working on an MS Word doc! The tab for adding metadata in simple fields takes away the headache of having to hunt and peck through code to add H1 tag, page description etc. The image library is easy to edit and manage Read full review One can easily create a Project work breakdown structure that helps us to understand the current status of the project. Easily assigning users, customization is par excellence, and different types of data attachments are the coolest feature. Automation, forms, and customized notifications are wonderful features that make our work easy. Read full review Cons Kentico needs to invest in more enterprise class environment management utilities -- example: global CDN support via the CMS is sorely lacking. There are work-arounds, but it should be more elegant. The Kentico staging module could be improved to support the concept of bundled releases. Current staging module functionality is good, but could be improved. Kentico ecommerce support is a touch immature. While content management is superb, Kentico lags in this area when compared to many open source ecommerce engines. Kentico is lacking MVC support. 99% of the time this isn't an issue for the end-user or business user, but can be a hurdle for technology teams depending on the team's makeup. Read full review Importing Excel docs can sometimes be a struggle Notifications are not consolidated. So if a teammate makes a new board and assigns me to a bunch of items, I get an individual notification of every single one I like sub-items, but they aren’t always necessary so making them unremovable isn’t great Read full review Likelihood to Renew We are locked into Kentico for the long haul. It provides us with an easy and flexible solution for a very non technical company to create a site and have the features they want, especially with the inclusion of EMS into our license. Now we have a true platform to build and grow our solutions.
Read full review Usability It seriously is one of the best interfaces I have ever used. I also love the fact that I can use UI personalization to secure any functionality by user or role that I don't want that role to have access to. The best part is the customization of the UI, I can add in any button, tab, or menu item I want through it, no code required.

The useability of monday.com makes it easier to onboard stakeholders and team members, to make project management easier for everyone. Automation also makes common tasks easier by eliminating the need to focus on doing repetitive things over and over and over again.

Read full review Honestly, I haven't called monday's support, because, the few times that some help was needed, the area coordinator is in charge of looking for solutions. But, if I have a reference from her, praising the support received, because in a few minutes or at most hours, everything is normal. It's amazing how fast and effective they are.

Sitecore , Ektron,
Joomla !,
WordPress , and SharePoint (if you want to count that as a competitor for CMS). Kentico 8 blows them all out of the water. Nothing is more intuitive in the way that content is created, the way the site is setup, and how efficient rollouts can be with Content Staging.
Read full review Monday marketer allows a much greater level of detail and functionality than
Trello . You are able to automate tasks, create dashboards, have different workspaces, sync with
Google Calendar , and much more. You can do far more using monday marketer than I have ever experienced with another project management tool.
Basecamp is a good tool for communicating with clients, but monday marketer is much better for internal project management.

It allows our Creatives to quickly see what projects should be on their priority list, as well as where the other elements of each project are at. The update feature allows our team to have focused communication regarding different tasks. It's easy to tag in team members and ask questions, provide links to finished assets, etc. Before I joined the team, they were debating whether this software was the right choice and thinking about switching. When I joined the team, I really owned monday.com and got to learn the software. I figured out ways to make my team's boards more efficient and useful, which has in turn greatly increased the employee adoption of this software. There are now best practices and processes in place regarding this platform which has made it easier for everyone - we all want to keep monday.com now!
