Microsoft Teams combines video conferencing software with team collaboration tools. The communications platform allows MS Office users to conduct conference calls and share files via SharePoint, and join or initiate a group chat.

Zoho Meeting is very affordable and it suits better for the small business like ours. In addition to these, it offers the same features Microsoft Teams does. It has better adaptability compared to teams both in desktop and mobile applications. Moreover, it ensures data security …
Zoom focuses on video webinars, meetings, chat options, integration, and high-definition video conferencing, whereas Microsoft Teams focuses on Microsoft integrations that include real-time video chat. Both Google Meet and Zoho Meeting offer various features, including HD video …
I have used Skype for business as well and I think Skype is far better than Zoho Meeting. The problem with Skype is it requires very high bandwidth to use as compared to Zoho Meeting.
Zoho Meeting serves the exact purposes stated by Zoho Team. It doesn't use any 3rd party applications for giving the services. It doesn't use the customers data for commercial purpose which by means ensures more data security. It can be used in web which doesn't require any …
It is pretty good for a chat platform, but if it's marketed for work or corporate jobs, it's missing some features. There's no way to make breakout rooms, which has been a feature on other platforms for years. On the other hand, general chat and group chats are pretty helpful as well.
Anyone who needs assistance with a work-related issue can take advantage of this service. Because of this, the entire company benefits from increased effectiveness, openness, and output in all areas. Sharing a computer's screen has been an enormous help. Stability issues increase when a major meeting occurs. Make sure you buy the paid version because you won't find a good free version.
Embed meeting link feature- The feature is unique to Zoho Meeting and helps attach meeting link to website, thus anyone accessing [the] website can join the meeting with just one click of a button.
Surveys and questions are prepared pretty seamlessly in Zoho Meeting as compared to other video conferencing applications.
As mentioned earlier, webinar analytics i.e. the way all the questions and surveys data is presented in .csv file is very easy to understand and helps the team lead a lot in understanding and getting to know the team better.
Microsoft Teams is included with our Office 365 subscription and we have no intention of migrating off of Office 365 and Microsoft products. Since Microsoft Teams is included for free with our Office 365 subscription, and since we enjoy all the features, benefits, and functionality, there is no question that our team will continue to use the product
I find that the chat function itself is quite clean, but once you incorporate the rest of the UI it becomes quite clunky. It feels as though there's too many features in one place, and that leads to it becoming convoluted and a little bit tedious to use. Due to that notifications can get missed which can lead to some tricky situations when working. I do find that it is easy to pick up though and help is readily available with a good support centre.
Zoho Meeting is very easy to use and very effective collaborating tool. If I say about the usability, this application is highly usable because oaf it's cost effective nature, user friendly interface, empathetic customer services and amazing application features. Most importantly, it ensures data security for the company. Overall, the usability of the application is trustworthy.
The overall support provided by Microsoft for Microsoft Teams has been quite good but there is still some room for improvements. Microsoft needs to proactively work on fixing the open bugs in order to provide a seamless experience to the users. But over the service and experience provided by the Microsoft team have been quite satisfactory.
Zoho Meeting's support team was always good their response time. Many of their customers come to them with a complete lack of knowledge and I think they're well aware of that. they were friendly and knowledgeable so it was always a good experience contacting them. but I think it's better if they can open a hotline for their paying customers
The advantage of using Microsoft Teams over Zoom is that Teams seamlessly works with Outlook Calendar, Outlook Email, Lists, Forms, etc. If I create a Zoom meeting, I will have to do twice as much work. Working at a Microsoft 365 organization, it is more convenient to use a product that runs on the same back end. I need not copy-paste, or miss a letter or number, and run into errors.
Zoho Meeting is very affordable and it suits better for the small business like ours. In addition to these, it offers the same features Microsoft Teams does. It has better adaptability compared to teams both in desktop and mobile applications. Moreover, it ensures data security as they do not rely on 3rd party
Honestly, this tool is worth every penny. Yes, it's not free and you pay for the quality of services and the license. But the ROI and the benefits are all there. Also, the renewal, negotiation, and contract terms are all very well explained by our Microsoft account manager, and she's a charm.
I used Skype for Business to take calls, hold conferences, and provide remote assistance to users. Microsoft Teams, on the other hand, is superior to Skype for Business in my opinion. My job entails a lot of screen sharing.
Teams provides bare minimum chat features for an enterprise level business
We host our weekly sales training on the platform with an average of ~100 people in attendance each week
I use the group chat and "pin chat" functionality to manage speakers and subject matter experts in preparation for the weekly trainings that take place each week.
