Zoho CRM is a simple, very low-cost CRM option for the smaller end of the SMB segment.
The product has several useful integrations with other products, including QuickBooks, and Google Apps and Google Docs.
The product also has an integrated project management module.
To help track products for the most demanding clients, Nimble has been an inspiration. With this tool, we can easily manage our customers and leads. This tool has many themes and templates for sending emails and notifications. In contrast to other CRM programs, Nimble is a …

Nimble is much better than Salesmate as it's user interface having many features and helping me to manage all day-to-day activities easily without any interruption.
I selected Nimble for the group message integration and social media integration. The other tools that I looked at had restrictions that kept me from the ease of managing my customers. Prospecting is a big part of my business, and having the triggers for contact from Nimble is …
Nimble has proven to be a positive and well-respected application within our company for setting us up for success at building personal and meaningful associations with decision makers. It has been a significant reason why we have gained acceptance and trust from those who we …
ACT!, SageCRM, Outlook, Google Contacts, Zoho CRM, SugarSync, Vtiger, Salesforce, iCloud Contacts (iPhone)plus many others. Most of these systems don't do a good job of connecting with email let alone social media and in today's world, you need both. Nimble does things that …
This tool is suitable for all sizes of organizations since it has the capacity to manage customer relations in the best possible way. Its features like task management, reports, social collaboration, and forecasting are always considered important for CRM and they all work without causing any trouble. But its Reports need to be more elaborate and its interface should be made easier and less tricky.
We searched different CRM platforms and noticed that ZOHO was well-priced, but some reviews said it didn't support forms well. IN our case, we already had forms on our wp site, so we did not need to use that aspect. instead, we used an integrator, so I don't have a review on that aspect of the CRM as we're not using that feature. This works for our company, so we are not using the standard automation with zoho forms
It's truly a great system if you get it for the right reasons. Don't expect it to do everything a mid market organization would require but for any small business or mid to large organizations which would like to integrate to it for the social insights capabilities this is a leading solution which can add value immediately
Zoho has been a wonderful tool for us for several years and there is so much more we can do with it. New features are released often which give a team like us the option to further fine tune our business process management techniques. I honestly couldn't imagine running our business not on Zoho.
The platform has more advantages and positives as compared to challenges or negatives in comparison to other comparable products and platforms available in the marketplace. It was extremely easy to get started with the initial deployment which makes the choice much clearer. Finally its tight integration not just with Microsoft O365 suite, but also with [the] most popular social media platforms available makes it a very favorable platform in its domain.
The methodology of the 'out of the box' user interface is fairly easy to learn. In some cases however, the interface is not consistent throughout the software. Upgrades to the interface has certainly improved some of this--- but now we are seeing the same kinds of inconsistencies across Zoho apps, particularly those more recently added to their platform. This issue is not major in that everybody on staff seems able to learn how to work the programs--- it's just annoying and less than efficient when inconsistent user interfaces or inconsistent terms are used in the programs and/or the requisite documentation.
It was productive to be able to access remote support sessions from nimble employees, whom we decided to contact to have one of the features mentioned above explained to us. They were methodical and easy to explain solutions, so we recommend them for any kind of doubt.
We did the training and that was a huge waste of money. The information provided was basic and the instructor was sloppy (he even forgot to turn off his mic when he used the restroom - no one should ever hear what we heard). I offered up a 9 because we were able to find what we needed on your website.
When you switch CRMs, you can automatically assume everything isn’t going to match up correctly. We had used Salesforce for 10+ years and had a ton of data and customizations. It was not a clean transfer, but we were able to sort it all out. The only issue that really bothered me was Zoho support. Even simple questions couldn’t be answered over chat, and we would have some team members try for hours to find the right answer
Nimble has proven to be a positive and well-respected application within our company for setting us up for success at building personal and meaningful associations with decision makers. It has been a significant reason why we have gained acceptance and trust from those who we have introduced ourselves to over time. The ability to feel a true understanding of our prospects and customers as real human beings with unique interests and common aspirations opens up doors of valuable conversation. The other options that were reviewed and considered provided many of the common ways from the past that stored CRM information. This method was much more of a static representation of the real interactions made between a company or salesperson with the prospects and customers. Nimble has brought back what should never have been lost - being like neighbors who spoke to each other about more things than just business.
Zoho is the only product we have used. Our company is fairly new and before purchasing Zoho a few years ago, client files were only saved and looked at through our company server. Because of how great Zoho has been, we have never considered looking for another product because there really is no need
I think Zoho CRM is priced at a reasonable amount. Simply put, you get what you pay for and Zoho does not disappoint. My organization is comfortable with what we pay and pleased with continually renewing the software. The billing frequency is just right. There are no complaints on our end
In addition to being a user of Zoho CRM, we are a reseller as well. Often, at times our Partners request for on-boarding the platform configuration for them. During such requirements, we have utilized the Professional services team directly from the Zoho CRM team. Our partner feedback was quite positive, throughout.
Time-Saving is one of the biggest ROIs for me. 30-60 minutes a day means I can focus on more marketing, sales, or client work.
A soft ROI is in better contact relationships. People are often impressed that I follow-up after meetings, and especially when they say to contact them in 6 months or next year.
We have bi- weekly meetings based solely on a dashboard created with our highest profitable cases. This keeps those cases on everybody's radar so nothing slips through the cracks.
Salespeople can easily see what customers can be contacted again for future business
The Zoho CRM helps us keep track of funds spent in progress, so that we don't overspend.
