For the most part, my day-to-day activities in Rippling are very easy to execute. It was a breeze getting set up when we first started, and regular work like sending out employment agreements or running payroll is extremely straightforward. For a smaller company like ours, after extensive research, we found it to be the best option. Compared to other similarly priced and rated payroll platforms in the market, they were also the only ones that gave us a demo and walked us through the platform so we could make an informed decision. The biggest downside is how long it took us to get set up with state tax agencies and get all our numbers processed. We're a fully remote company, and it would've been a lot smoother if Rippling had people who could help manage this process, so that we could take care of all our responsibilities without having to worry about that side of things. Having a tax consultant who can handle all the paperwork (even for a fee) would be a great add-on. It's been close to 5 months, and we're still waiting on numbers from North Carolina and it's just because we've never done it before, and aside from some help docs, Rippling doesn't offer much assistance here.

Zoho recruit is very well suited to organizations that are in a growing stage with at least 50 hires a year. It is very appropriate for bulk scrutiny of resumes, integrating with other platforms for data, and for scheduling and tracking interviews. It is not very well suited for smaller organizations.
Read full review Pros Displays PTO, Time Cards, and Benefit information where you need it. Has clear indications of where to find what you need, including a search bar. Easy to look at past records on your payroll, and easy to look for co-workers if needed from an HR perspective. Read full review Having both ATS & CRM in the same software allowing hiring professionals to make it more personal while allowing them to fully guide every step. Modest pricing great for smaller growing businesses to begin with especially with a free version that provides more than what a lot of others provide without paying extra. Zoho is known for top notch support and customer service especially after their explosion in 2016. They also provide 24/5 customer support for any shift at any company Monday - Friday. The software is very small business friendly considering other alternatives however, even for enterprises that can afford their higher tiers they bring a substantial amount of add-ons for aswell. Read full review Cons having to do a MFA everytime I log in from the same source is frustrating The reminders should come at random times of the day it seems like it is hard to talk to someone at Rippling as just an employee Read full review Zoho Recruit has difficulty integrating with other services that are not directly part of the Zoho suite, which is demonstrated by wanting to use a funnel management based CRM to include employee information, and Zoho Recruit's platform not allowing it because it doesn't meet some integrations beyond their suite. You can't create portals where people can post their resume and quick contact information, and this can be a bit limiting for those who directly need employees to send their information to an easily accessible service where it can be conveniently reviewed and separated from the rest. In terms of deployment, Zoho Recruit does not have such good adaptability when working from mobile, as evidenced by its application tracking function with the mobile version of the Zoho Recruit website, which does not let you send direct messages to candidates because the platform is closed unexpectedly. Because it is through my current job I would recommend it to other friends with businesses both large and small. It is an easy to use app and it is super helpful and beneficial for time tracking and ensuring accuracy of the time clock. It notifies you when you are close to your allotted PTO limit which is also a neat feature.

We have evaluated every other ATS on the market, and do so every 1-2 years just to make sure we aren't missing out on anything better, and found that Zoho offers more functionality than any ATS with a per-recruiter-price under $100. Once it introduces automated job alerts and candidate login functionality there will be no reason for us to look elsewhere.

Easy to use. I can always find what I am looking for. Enrolling in benefits is a breeze. The learning section is really easy to manage and easy to keep up with what you have done. I also really like how tasks that need to be completed are highlighted as soon as you login

I like that the availability in using Rippling at any given time is useful to me. Getting on the site freely when I need gives me security of knowing that I can be in control of viewing health insurance and hours information. I have yet to get any errors in using the Rippling app.

Rippling's performance has been great, no errors or glitches yet so far. I am confident that Going from one page to the next and all its complexity usage does not lag or times out, it works effectively and efficiently. While using Rippling and other apps it does not tend to slow it down, works great. No complaints.

Not a ton to say here, I have only had to contact support once in the past year, and the issue was resolved immediately. This is exactly how support should work - pain-free, very responsive, and there when I needed it. If the company is great, then support is one of those things you shouldn't need to think about.

Zoho Recruit customer support is extremely responsive. They have a Live Chat feature which allows you to connect with a representative in real time and discuss your issues. The reps have answered most of my questions, and quickly shared links to FAQs, or shared screenshots. The entire discussion is emailed to you upon completion. Features not available have been added to their requested feature list

The previous systems I have used have been internally built. In these scenarios, the data and logging of tasks/updates have tended to be clunky and it was hard to easily find the information you need. When it came to looking at par stub details, I had to do my own math and percentage breakdown to make sure my with-holdings actually made sense. In addition logging time off and tracking timesheets was a mess of a process because sometimes you had to manage two systems and old/new versions for certain features.

Zohorecruit is the best platform for small and mid-sized companies. It will help us to save lots of time in the recruitment and hiring journey. We have used

I can go on here and see all my hours and pto plus health benefits. I like to have the work handbook handy to refer to legal things. How to work my role within it's limits. Being able to put in my hours and view when they are approved is a huge benefit for me.
Read full review Return on Investment Rippling has made it incredibly simple for me to get the information I need when I need it Rippling allows me to see the people I work with well, an especially important task for this remote environment I've been able to save time in my day since I no longer have to goggle HR specific criteria thanks to Rippling I also have been able to save time not having to go to all of the different sites to see things like my vested shares, 401k Balance, etc. Read full review I can't say anything about ROI, but Zoho Recruit made our recruitment process highly effective. We did not need to hire more HR managers as the system helped to manage the processes automatically. We saved money with Zoho Recruit for sure. And this was very best. Read full review
