Best newsletter service provider from our analysis

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use beehiiv for our newsletter at https://thereach.ai/. It was quite an in-depth analysis on what newsletter provider to find, and while beehiiv is a bit pricier than everyone else I think it has the correct tools, features and customer service to help us with what we need. One of the biggest standouts was the ability to customize the signup form and tailor it to whatever widget, email, or link you can think of. Of course, the crazy amount of features that you can use to tailor the actual newsletter - that requires a review on its own. But we are very satisfied.

Pros

 • Signup forms
 • Ease of use
 • Available documentation and video tutorials

Cons

 • Pricing model - too steep
 • Weekly demo sessions or Q&As

Return on Investment

 • Ease of use translates into more time focused on core business
