What is Daylite?

Daylite is a CRM and business productivity app that helps small businesses build stronger client relationships and close deals, then deliver on their commitments efficiently which increases revenue. Unlike classic CRMs that are built for “the boss” to report on sales with fancy charts, Daylite is designed to support day-to-day work, not create it. Unlike most CRMs that are web-based, Daylite is a real macOS and iOS app that works seamlessly with many of the built-in Apple apps, and all the Apple devices, you know and love! Plus, in keeping with the elegance and power of leading Apple apps, Daylite doesn't need a fleet of admins to run it. Normal teams can do great things with their businesses in Daylite.

  • Daylite has saved us hours of back and forth between teams because you can refer to a client account in Daylite and see al the most recent notes and emails.
  • One of our business objectives to be friends with our clients and Daylite helps us accomplish this because we can leave notes on an account with helpful info we have learned about a client and it helps the clients feel how we all know and care about them because we remember things they've told us!
  • Daylite helps us track our sales so we don't bug people over and over and so we can customize quotes for clients. This has helped us keep track of things and in teh end make more sales!

  • As it helps organizing my time, which is the only important value there is in life, it is essential and priceless
  • Daylite is not a cheap software, but it is without a doubt the best return on investment I've had in my life with a software.
  • Well, as I am already a control freak, it probably does not help me to procrastinate ;-). But I promise I take free time without looking at it when I'm not working. It actually also helps to organize the free time periods, and keep them empty with meetings of any kind ;-).

  • Daylite has been very helpful for new employees to answer their own questions about contacts/passwords, etc.
  • We found the tiny notification bell to be weak, sometimes a project comes in with a tight deadline and we have to double-check and ask an employee if they saw the notification. More time would be saved by just chatting about the project and its expectations.
  • A huge benefit is the institutional knowledge that can be had by reading past projects. We've tracked everything, so the history is there.
