Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why
I like it, but then again, I don't.
Fleetsmith is so excellent. It's only when we want to do something out of scope that I wish there were more options for customizations.
Intuitive UI. Good documentation. Very helpful Slack community on MacAdmins.
Initial setup was very smooth, onboarding macOS devices was slick and easy (onboarding iOS devices required a wipe and reinstall, so that was a nonstarter). The administrative web interface is easy to get into but a bit difficult to navigate; profile inheritance, in particular, is not intuitive to me.
It's very simple to use. Sometimes a little too simple, so it can be tempting to fiddle around or tweaks settings that might have annoying downstream impacts. But it's easy to rollback or disable changes anyway. My only wish is that each option set should have its own deeper explanation about the impact of the options on real-world users or security concerns.
There is some room for improvement.
The user interface is great, the onboarding process is very easy, and the app is snappy and quick!
It’s easy to sign up and navigate.
It is very simple and straightforward to use. No need for a jumpstart program like JAMF.
We've had no issues, and find it very easy to use and worth the price.
Fleetsmith is very easy to use and implement.
Very simple to set up and get started.
Extremely easy interface to work with.
It could do a little more in the areas of managing and wiping devices.
I think Fleetsmith is way easier to use than a comparable tool on the market, but this needs to be able to support more platforms.
Extremely intuitive and easy to use.
The installation steps are very easy and the UI for admin panel is user-friendly. Enrolment all based on Gmail accounts and the import function is there to fetch the user accounts. Navigating in Fleetsmith admin panel is simple and clean.
UI is nice and recently redone but sometimes a tiny bit awkward to click through. On the whole the functionality and how everything works is well done and easy to manage.
I'm very positive I am not using Fleetsmith to the best of its abilities. However, I don't have an account manager or designated contact to break down all the great features probably offered to users. I received a demo when we signed up and then nothing unless I reached out to customer support directly. Emails regarding updates and the resources in the help center are fine, however, it feels like as soon as I signed up I was unable to talk to a designated person who cared about maintaining our account.
