Gradelink is used throughout the school for grades Kindergarten to 8. It enables teachers to share grades with students and their parents. It enables teachers to create lesson plans and generate progress reports as well as report cards at the end of each trimester.
- Timely feedback for parents and students on how they did on an assessment
- Time saving program for the teachers
- Gradelink address all of the needs for our school at this time.

We chose Gradelink as a school-wide solution to our need for organized data management. We needed to compile data, including records, discipline, attendance, lessons, and communication, all in one useful program.
- Ease of use. The interface is very user-friendly, and not intimidating to those who are not IT specialists.
- Data Management. We use Gradelink to keep all our student records current and available.
- At this time, I am unaware of changes that would benefit us more.
- Overall, implementing Gradelink has offered a great ROI, as we now are able to have one place for all our data.
Gradelink gives much more value than the other programs we researched.
The service is outstanding, and all questions or concerns are addressed fully in a timely manner.

We use Gradelink to manage and report student grades. Each school uses it to complete attendance, manage grades and academic records, and some use it to manage enrollment and discipline. It is an easy way to manage student grades and for parents, staff, and administration to cross-check and manage student success.

Our School uses Gradelink to track student grades (not surprisingly). We also track student details such as contact info and insurance info, etc. Gradelink has more features than we use.
- It is easy to keep grades online.
- Students and Families each have a log in so grades are visible to all.
- I wish I had a better system for tracking student specific notes (behavioral).
- I wish the admin platform and the teacher platform weren't so different, so I could learn more from teachers (who use Gradelink even more than I do).
- Gradelink helps keep everyone organized; having some kind of similar platform is a must.
I've also used PowerSchool. It was a long time ago. It had features I missed when I switched to Gradelink, but maybe Gradelink is more economical?
Support is the MOST important part. A tool you can't use is not valuable, even if it has lots of bells and whistles. I love the support we get from Gradelink.

Amazing Gradelink Student Information System
Gradelink SIS is a great tool that has immensely provided all the support teachers, admin and staff need to better serve students and parents. Gradelink SIS has comprehensively created features to ease teacher and admin workloads. In addition, it has integrated lesson plans and state standards for teachers. It has a user-friendly interface for inputting grades. Aside from grades, discipline, health and parent information is readily available. Also, It has a unique feature that allows teachers to create webpages. In the same way, admins benefit a lot by publishing a daily announcement. Admin staff have also the comfort of preparing grades and transcripts easily.

Gradelink SIS has a lot more helpful and useful features for teachers, admin, and staff. First, it has lesson plans and state standards integration which is a great help for teachers. With this feature, teachers don't have to worry about standards being in place for each lesson plan.
