Lumoa, acquired by Netigate

Lumoa is software from the company of the same name in Helsinki, that looks at any customer interaction, automates the analysis, and highlights the items with the biggest impact. Lumoa’s executive dashboard allows the user to overview and manage different customer journeys, customer touchpoints, and sets of data. And users can create cards in a dashboard that represent a specific touchpoint, location, or channel to compare the performance between cards and access specific insights related to that card.
