Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We have used Network Solutions as our domain registrar, hosting service and email provider for over 20 years.
Pros
Can't think of a thing since combining with web.com
Cons
From experience, they respond when they say they will - they say "24-48" hours but problems take weeks to resolve
I believe they don't put service reps in the position of lying to your customers - give them access to accurate information
Give access to senior level support instead of just having text service reps that don't have access to information or ability to actually fix anything.
Most Important Features
None because they no longer provide them.
Return on Investment
We are now weeks behind on our opening and Network Solutions could not care less.
Network Solutions have taken hours and hours of my time, when I can least afford to waste it.

Support for Free Open Source 3rd party products you have to pay for the help
Calling Network Solutions during busy periods can lead to an overflow center which isn't as helpful as the domestic support centers
Pricing could be more competitive on domain name registration
Email boxes could have a larger capacity without having to pay for more space
Return on Investment
Using Network Solutions has had a positive impact on ROI
Depending on the domain, it can cost as little as $70 for email, web forwarding and domain registration for a year, less if you don't need the forwarding.
