Showpad Coach houses our learning content for new hires and existing employees when new content is developed. It allows us to track usage, provide assessments and provides the user the flexibility to access via an app.

We are using LearnCore across the organization for perfecting reps on the discovery calls and demonstrations of our product. This helps get reps ready to go out in the field and helps them with their delivery and confidence.
  • It allows Managers to share videos/recordings that were extremely strong and can allow reps to see what "good" looks like.
  • It allows Managers to perfect sales skills through various exercises.
  • Overtime, an organization can develop a library of videos that can be used for future hires. This helps with the ramp up of new talent that joins the firm.
  • LearnCore has lost videos that I have had my reps record. This is absolutely not acceptable.
  • A couple months ago, you could not assign one employee to a specific exercise. You had a create a group.
  • The platform is not as intuitive as one would think. Setting up an exercise is somewhat annoying.
It is great for perfecting sales skills and ramping up new talent via a library of videos. It is also great for creating sales competitions. This gets everyone engaged on the specific exercise that the firm is looking to educate its employees on.
  • It has improved sales reps in becoming audible ready on different topics via lots of practice via LearnCore.
  • It has made the job more interesting by employing competitions.
  • It has made our reps more polished and client facing out in the field and has reduced ramp up time on new hires.
There are other ways you could store videos, however, LearnCore and its grading system were one of a kind. This is the reason it was selected to see if it would move the needle at our firm.
