TeamSense is an app-free, text-based digital platform developed to connect hourly workers and their employers. Created by manufacturing veterans from Whirlpool, General Motors, Alcoa, General Mills and Boston Consulting Group, TeamSense supports domestic and multinational employers from Hunter Douglas and Pella Windows to TDK, Hello Fresh and companies in verticals including aerospace, healthcare, home building, automotive, metal fabrication and food delivery. Based in Everett, Washington, TeamSense is wholly owned by Fortive, a provider industrial technology.
