It's great for seeing how much I am getting paid, with a thorough breakdown of revenue achievement and payouts for each check. Additionally, it shows how I am performing against the rest of my team and the organization as a whole.

With Xactly Incent, we can see how we are doing toward our goals and rewards throughout the quarterly and years, and we use it to manage and adjust our daily actions to reach our business objectives. Xactly Incent makes it easy to track and calculate monthly sales, quickly process payments, and give weekly incentive statements to sales representatives. It made our sales team's commissions more transparent and more accessible for them to follow daily, all while reducing the amount of time and work we'd otherwise have to spend manually calculating commissions in Excel.

im working as a sdr in motive and we use Xactly to calculate our monthly incentives and see how much we have earned. The problems it addresses are that if we didn't use it then we would not know how much is our company paying us in incentives and how much commissions have we earned for the month, so i think its pretty helpful and also helps us with transparency cause our company does not tell us how much commissions we have earned. That is also the scope of our work with incentives and commissions
