Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

We work with 6sense with quite a few of our clients, and use it to better identify which accounts are ready/not ready to buy so we know how best to deliver content based on personas/buying stages.

Pros

  • Tracking Buying Actions
  • Identifying Stages
  • Segmentation

Cons

  • More Contact Level Information and Exporting
  • Clearer line drawn to direct revenue attribution
  • Implementation support for better adoption
  • It is honestly very difficult to tell beyond account engagement at the moment. Revenue impact is by far the hardest thing to measure.
  • Collaboratively, we do see lift in revenue based on positive engagement numbers. When our engagement rates are higher we see a correlative impact to SQOs.
We haven't been able to perfect things on the sales side, just yet, but we've gotten key insights on how some of our accounts buy. It has also helped us identify the job titles we may not have been hitting in certain accounts and provided a path for us to fill that gap.

If a company has large deal sizes and can accommodate a one to few or one to one model I think 6sense is great. If a company has smaller deal sizes and needs to cast a wider net. 6sense is not a product I would recommend on a pure value for dollar basis.
