Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

Prior to 6sense, our organization often struggled to understand which accounts to target and what type of content and messaging to target them with. The features and insights from 6sense have made our marketing team much more efficient in delivering relevant content and messaging to the right buyers in the right buying stage of the buying journey. This has helped us to do more with less budgets and support our sales team with insights on when they should engage with accounts.

Pros

  • Provides relevant and actionable buyer insights
  • Allows us to reach buyers through various advertising platforms
  • Enables us to obtain contacts from a target customers buying team for prospecting and outreach

Cons

  • Our sales team has struggled to adopt the tool due to a perceived lack of benefit (mostly due to a misunderstanding of the data)
  • Having three very distinct solutions can make it difficult due to having three different product models
  • Greater budget efficiency
  • More marketing-driven pipeline created
6sense has helped our organization to better focus our marketing efforts using account data and insights, however due to a struggle with sales adoption our sales team has not significantly benefited from the solution (something we are currently working to address).
When we set up new campaigns, we always focus on tailored messaging and content for each stage in the buying journey. 6sense has helped our organization to ensure that we are delivering the right messaging to the right buyers in the right stage of the buying journey which has helped improve our engagement rates.
Did not see the same overall benefits of 6sense after exploring other solutions.

6sense is well suited for large companies who have a large number of named accounts and often struggle to prioritize focus and resources. Because we have struggled with sales adoption due to our large and complex sales organization, sales adoption may be more effective in organizations who have smaller, less complex sales organizations.
