Overall Satisfaction with AB Tasty

We use AB Tasty to perform testing on all of our websites.

Pros

  • A/B and multi veritable testing.
  • Screen recording and targeting.
  • WYSIWYG editor to create page variations.

Cons

  • It has somewhat of a steep learning curve, probably due to how robust it is. Takes a while to learn everything.
  • Creating reporting and targeting was probably the most difficult part for me.
  • It has helped us gain higher conversion rates on certain pages
  • It has helped us use data to make decisions and reach goals
  • It has given a clearer picture as to how pages and websites are being used
Crazy Egg was mainly only used for heat mapping, which it does really well. I haven't used Google Optimize too much yet but it has most of the same functionality as A/B Tasty. Google Analytics is more used for reporting and a deeper look into data. AB Tasty by far has the best customer service and helpful staff to get your tests and reporting tuned up.
[It's] Great for A/B testing, page variations, reporting, heat maps, and screen recording. The customer service is very helpful in getting you set up and optimizing your tests to suit your needs. I worked with Penaz and she was always very helpful when I couldn't figure out how to set something up, or did set something up and did it wrong.
