We use ActiveCampaign to manage our eCommerce fulfillment and email marketing. The automated email follow-up is fantastic. Especially with abandoned carts and follow-up after purchases.

Mailchimp used to be a great place to start with email automation, but they have started to charge more for their entry plans. ActiveCampaign offers more for the price. Hubspot is a great system. It is very powerful and extensive, but it is also VERY expensive. This, again, makes ActiveCampaign more valuable for the price.
