Overall Satisfaction with Acuity Scheduling

I use Acuity Scheduling to book calls with clients and potential clients. It helps me manage my business hours better by setting specific time frames in which I wish to schedule appointments, as well as making a booking with me a straightforward process.

Pros

  • Hours of Availability include the option to create your own schedule, have a set schedule, and block off time.
  • Allowing users to group certain call types (such as consultations for a variety of services) together.

Cons

  • Deleting appointment types is a tedious process. You have to open each appointment type and click delete instead of just being able to view the list and select the items you want to delete and not have to navigate away from the list.
  • Sometimes setting a call availability schedule can be a little overwhelming.
  • I often get comments from my clients about how easy it was to schedule with me. This has usually allowed me to close a sale.
  • Using Acuity Scheduling has allowed me to make the most of my time and book more clients.
  • Acuity Scheduling is excellent, but since Dubsado is a complete business management system, I ended up leaving Acuity Scheduling to avoid paying twice for the same type of product.
  • I'd say that Acuity Scheduling and Dubsado measure up about the same. There wasn't any specific detail about Dubsado's capabilities that convinced me to switch. I did it because I was managing the rest of my business through Dubsado and wanted to make things simple.
I've never had an issue with their support. They've always been polite and responsive.

  • Acuity Scheduling makes this a super easy process, PLUS if they happen to offer classes, slots can be booked for that as well as personal coaching sessions. The ability to collect payments is fantastic.
