Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

We use Adobe Analytics across our digital team to provide analysis for product management, digital marketing, and digital analytics. We use it to track different external and internal campaigns. Through Adobe Analytics, we are able to regulate and share our data across different stakeholders at ease. In addition, we are able to use Report Builder to automate reports to send to associates across all different departments.

Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics are similar in the sense that they both provide data tracking for websites and other campaigns. Adobe Analytics' UI and UX experience are much more evolved than Google Analytics and easier to navigate overall. Adobe also has additional feature such as Report Builder and Activity Map that gives it an upper hand compared to Google Analytics.

Do you think Adobe Analytics delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Analytics's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Analytics live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Analytics go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Analytics again?

Yes

Adobe Analytics is useful for many reporting projects. For example, for different campaigns that are launched, we are able to see its performance while it's live. If we are also seeing issues, using Adobe can help us drill down on the errors.

A scenario where Adobe Analytics is less appropriate is for quick calculations. For quick calculations, Excel would be a better alternative combined with using Report Builder.
