Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign

This is being used primarily by the marketing teams to plan their email campaigns and promotional offers. Apart from Marketing teams, it is also being used by the Product team, Design team, and growth engineers who help with the above email campaigns and promotional offers. It's a very extensive tool to manage these campaigns and offers good analytics and insights for their optimization too.
  • Email campaign.
  • Offer/promotional pages.
  • Targeting and user segmentation for campaigns.
  • Supporting other channels such as in-app, whatsapp, etc.
  • Live user cohort analysis
  • Web-hook based campaigns.
  • It helped to improve our email open rates.
  • Also, improved our conversion rate from offer landing pages.
  • Offer landing pages are easy to set up also helped save time for the Product Engineering and Design teams.
Adobe Campaign is good in terms of features, offerings, it's customization options, and extensive possibilities to make a powerful email campaign or offer landing page. It's very reliable and stable too. But in terms of its dashboard UI, it is not as simple or quick to learn as the other tools, so some are of improvement on that front.

Yes

Did Adobe Campaign live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Adobe Campaign go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Campaign again?

Yes

Overall, it is a very powerful tool, helps to optimize your campaigns and save your time in setting up and planning retargeting funnel-based campaigns. In terms of UI and ease of use, it could be slightly better, but if you give it enough time and go through video tutorials, you should be able to learn all the features and processes.
Overall, the support has been fine. They have large teams so the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales support will be all different people. That can sometimes be a problem as you might not be able to have the same rapport with everyone. But yeah, apart from that, we didn't face any issues.
It is well suited for any large organization to support their email/SMS/push notification campaigns. It's a very stable tool and can be integrated with your database. Also, if you use other products from Adobe Suite, this will be a very powerful add-on. But it's not well suited for a small startup or if you need extensive integrations of various channels, their analytics, etc.
