This is being used primarily by the marketing teams to plan their email campaigns and promotional offers. Apart from Marketing teams, it is also being used by the Product team, Design team, and growth engineers who help with the above email campaigns and promotional offers. It's a very extensive tool to manage these campaigns and offers good analytics and insights for their optimization too.

- Supporting other channels such as in-app, whatsapp, etc.
- Live user cohort analysis
- Web-hook based campaigns.
- It helped to improve our email open rates.
- Also, improved our conversion rate from offer landing pages.
- Offer landing pages are easy to set up also helped save time for the Product Engineering and Design teams.
Adobe Campaign is good in terms of features, offerings, it's customization options, and extensive possibilities to make a powerful email campaign or offer landing page. It's very reliable and stable too. But in terms of its dashboard UI, it is not as simple or quick to learn as the other tools, so some are of improvement on that front.
