Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
Used to sign off regulated/controlled documents. Allows traceability and compliance (signee is identified and validated via use of user phone call/verification feature).
- Integrated callback to user to validate identity feature was a selling point for us when selecting system around two years ago. It solved the issue of how you know the person logged in to sign is actually the correct person. The callback/code feature solved that for us.
- Would like more onscreen pop-up help prompts to help process along. Sometimes signing a document is a bit confusing for new users
- Positive impact in allowing paper-to-digital transition (reduced paperwork and paper file/records). We didn't measure ROI, but Adobe Sign certainly allowed us to handle scaled business documentation without having to scale admin costs to match.

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?
Yes
At the time we selected Adobe Sign over the other product we considered (DocuSign). The callback feature and ability to meet FDA regulatory needs drove our decision. I'm not sure if any other products have improved since 2019. It ill only benchmark other systems if the Adobe product or pricing becomes an issue for us.
