Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now was being used by my prior organization to manage HR/payroll needs for the company. We were in the process of integrating time and attendance solutions, and ADP Workforce Now was going to streamline those efforts, as well as other benefits to payroll and Human Resources information management. The organization had multiple companies, and 20 states as well, so the solutions within ADP Workforce Now would help us maintain a higher level of efficiency over our payroll processing for those different EINs.
Pros
- Time and Attendance tracking and budgeting
- Payroll processing
- Human Resources management of benefit plan information
- Implementing PTO/Holiday rules within the Time and Attendance module
Cons
- Smoother workflow between the different modules
- One source for creating and running reports
- Streamlined integration into accounting systems for reconciling purposes
- ADP Workforce Now allowed the organization to streamline payrolls to a unified biweekly schedule and saved processing time.
- ADP Workforce Now allowed us to create better reports for our management team.
- ADP Workforce Now was a little more difficult to get our ERP/accounting system integrated with. Our rep didn't seem to understand all that we needed it to do.
Workforce Now was more user friendly than the typical in-house systems, but not quite as streamlined with workflow as Workday HCM has been for my current organization. I would recommend ADP Workforce now for companies around 1,000-4,000 employees and multi-state transactions.
