Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is currently being used by our entire organization. We use ADP Workforce Now for managing employees' time cards, time off requests, pay statements, and tax information (among other things). Our users are able to access the software from a computer or, if they would like, from a mobile device.
- Timecard management and tracking.
- Time off management.
- Provides electronic statements that can be accessed at any time.
- Doesn't play well with Internet Explorer.
- Some slowness when launching the dashboard.
- Some learning curve when they make changes to the dashboard layout.
- Less physical paper printouts.
- Increased efficiency for payroll and HR staff.
- Improved employee morale due to easy paycheck management.
I’m not in HR. - As I provide technical support for my company, I have seen a drastic reduction in tickets from the HR and payroll team. They have been able to manage everything online, which has saved them countless hours of time. Previously, the company wasted many hours manually preparing checks/paperwork, as well as troubleshooting printing issues.
ADP Workforce Now offers many more features for both our employees and the administrative staff. They both are much more efficient for our organization than it would be to print the information out manually. Between the two software, I believe ADP Workforce Now meets our needs much better than the other programs out there.
