Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is currently being used as our main database for HR, payroll, benefits and time and attendance. We use the platform to sync with our other systems we use. We pull reports in ADP daily and we can accurately track new hires, terminations, and employees on leave. We transitioned over to ADP because we were using multiple platforms and as we got larger as a company, it became more difficult to keep track of. The transition allowed us to be more compliant and keep everything in one database.
  • It's great having payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and reporting all on one platform.
  • You can save employee documents in each file and can adjust each user's access to make sure no one has access to anything they should not see.
  • Creating workflows for approvals are easy and simple. You can create workflows for any employee and manager changes.
  • Customer service is slow and depending on the representative you get, the answers will vary.
  • There are frequent updates that sometimes aren't helpful and make the user experience more difficult.
  • The mobile app has a lot of room for improvement.
  • It takes less time and less human error since the company has everything on one system for payroll, benefits, and employee documents.
  • The ADP Workforce Now system is great at keeping users up to date on new updates to the system.
  • ADP Workforce Now provides a user friendly experience with clear and concise layout of tools.
Our HR team has saved over 50 hours per month. - ADP Workforce Now has saved the company a lot of time due to the fact that everything is on one system. There is no need to pull reports from different sources. We were running into issues where the numbers wouldn't match up since we were using multiple sources. Now that we use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, benefits, and time and attendance, pulling reports and keeping track of employee data has become easier than ever!
The other products that we were using prior to ADP were slower and the capabilities were limited. The company ran into issues often where updates were being made to the other products. It was difficult to get work done as a company when the main systems we used for payroll and employee data were constantly down due to updates. ADP Workforce Now, the reporting capabilities are great and I have not run into a situation where I wasn't able to pull what I needed from the system by creating a custom report.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited for a medium to large company. When the company was smaller we had used a different system, but as we grew as a company, we transitioned over to ADP Workforce Now. It is easy to create multiple users with different access and easy to audit the changes being made in the system.
