Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now to process payroll for over 300 Employees. Using workforce now, time and attendance and compliance for taxes. It aids us in processing efficiently and quickly.

Pros

Cons

  • Customer Service Language Barrier
  • paystubs available in a bundle, rather than independently for each payroll
  • Allows us to process payroll quick and efficiently in just a few hours on payroll run days.
  • Plenty of heads up for holiday or closures.
  • allows us to track out hours to cost out our builds.
We have several departments that utilize the reporting, utilize the timecards and the system. We also have self service that is nice for all of our employees. This system allows us to designate what each group can see, and what employees can change, or who can clock in and out offsite.

  • Fidelity
Sage is pretty easy, it goes right in after payroll processing. Fidelity we have a report that we use to get the amounts export and import.
ADP Workforce Now has a more robust reporting program, ADP has better hours for customer service, and was much easier to learn. I have used both Paycom and Paychex and both came with little to no training, and was a pain to learn. The reporting was less than desirable. ADP was super easy to learn, and I am always using the Bridge for help if needed.

this is my only down side of ADP, they dont transfer you around a lot (Good) and try to tackle the issue right there, but the english barrier is sometimes a huge brick that stands in the way, and can result in the wrong outcome. There has been times I have asked for someone else as I thought it was getting done wrong, and was still able to get the assistance I needed, just took me explaining it twice.
well suited for folks in manufacturing or building (jobs and tasks required). Good for small and big business, ease of forming to what you want rather then getting oversold on items that you will not use. Lots of training options available.
