Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used by our accounting and HR teams. It is a great platform for recruitment, benefits, and payroll. New recruits' first experience can be with online versus paper onboarding. We have found first impressions are better with online onboarding.

  • A little on the expensive side.
  • Customer service could be better.

  • Helps with employee retention (seeing where we need to improve).
  • Helps with employee satisfaction (easy for employee interface).

  • Onboarding satisfaction has improved.
Good for small organizations. We do not scale up much but have done so a little with this platform.

We reviewed the integration, but decided against [it] because of limited funds and professional ability.
ADP Workforce has a better onboarding approach and has better customer service standing behind the solution.

Solid platform that delivers. We believe the overall support to be stronger than others in the space.
Well suited for small to large organizations. We are a smaller organization so this platform helps our organization appear more robust with our larger competition for talent.
