We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll and benefits administration.

The carrier connection support has been both good and bad. The open enrollment support is great. The payroll support is slow and, at times, difficult.
I think [ADP] Workforce Now is great for companies of all sizes, because it is versatile. The single database for HR and payroll makes it a perfect solution. My company has thirteen companies under one umbrella, so there are a few things, like transfers that are more difficult in ADP [Workforce Now].
