ADP delivers on easy error free payroll processing

Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for time reporting and payroll
  • Allows time to flow into payroll processing easy
  • Variety of reports available
  • Ease of hiring/terminating employees in the system
  • They have a great selection of reporting options, but it's almost too much. It's difficult to find some of the simplest data
  • I appreciate the fact that ADP works to constantly improve the user experience, but I think sometimes the pace is too quick. There is often barely time to understand a set of changes before the next update comes out.
  • It is difficult to get assistance at times. We don't have an "account rep" or anyone with ownership for our business. I get stuck calling the 800 number and getting help from whoever answers the phone. Then there is no follow through because no one has "ownership" for my account
  • ADP has allowed me to process an error free payroll
  • ADP enables me to hire/terminate new employees in the system quickly
  • ADP has helped support our employee growth of 50% over the past 4 years
ADP makes it easy to add business units and functionality easily. As we continue to grow, it will be easy to "bolt-on" additional functions like benefits, applicant tracking, etc. without seeking out a stand-alone solution. In time, I think we will be able to benefit from some of the data contained in the reporting options offered.

The Chat help feature isn't always available and it can take some time for assistance if you submit a service request. I feel like they rely too heavily on the end-user utilizing The Bridge for assistance, but in my experience, you end up being referred back to ADP. It can be a little like the right hand not knowing what the left is doing.
Overall ADP Workforce Now does a great job of accomplishing the functions we use. But, with the size of the organization, I often feel like just a number and not important as a client.
