It is used company-wide for time-keeping, payroll submission and support, and basic HR record keeping.

I have, for the most part, the ability to remove or add components to ADP through dedicated implementation specialists. There are a lot of options, with more each day, on the ADP Marketplace that could fit my potential needs. I do wish that there were prices posted on all, not just most, options.

I hate to say it, but support is very hit or miss. If you are a large company, you might have a dedicated support specialist. This might be a very organized and dedicated specialist, or it might be someone who has too high of a workload. That being said, the forum "The Bridge" is a great tool to get support from other users as well as some ADP techs.

Well suited for companies of all sizes, with medium to large companies seeing the best fit. While you can piecemeal what you want from ADP, I would recommend at least the HR, Time, and Payroll packages. Depending on how your accounting department workload is, I would also encourage the use of the ADP tax component for small to medium size companies.
