Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

All employees use it. We use it for performance reviews, time and attendance, payroll, hiring, status changes, onboarding, open enrollment and benefits. I mostly work with the time and attendance and payroll. I love that I can preview the payroll before accepting it, which saves me from many errors.

Difficult reaching and speaking with them.
Our biggest concern and problem with ADP is the customer service. I understand that they are worldwide, but it is difficult when you have a payroll issue to communicate with a person with broken English.
