Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We utilize WFN for our entire organization. Employee self-service is easy to use and very crucial to our business as it allows employees to clock in and out and view their pay information. Managers use WFN to make changes to their employees' job-related information. As an administrator, I oversee nearly all aspects of what managers and employees do in the system.

In my department, we have not fully utilized the scalable software to its full potential. As a company, only payroll and HR have day-to-day duties in the system. Other departments use their own systems to facilitate their job duties. If this changes in the future, we can revisit this side of ADP.

Yes

The account manager is great and the Bridge is a huge resource.
[ADP Workforce Now] is well suited for timekeeping and payroll. However, it is not the best for integrating with some applicant tracking systems. The onboarding is adequate for WFN but our version has managers enter data manually for new hires. This can lead to a lot of errors, as opposed to an import or feed from another system.
