Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We utilize ADP Workforce Now for various areas, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, and soon, their Learning Management System. I love having a one-stop shop for employees and us admins. It makes it so much easier to keep things integrated and all areas up to date. It's nice not to have a dozen different programs and log-in information to remember for handling various HR tasks. I know the employees appreciate it too. Fewer platforms mean employees have less to remember and can easily complete their tasks without much help, if any, from HR. I have used other platforms previously and feel ADP Workforce Now's user-friendly platform and its capabilities top the competitors.

  • Currently negotiated adding on LMS in the upcoming year, saving over $1,000 just for switching to ADP's LMS alone.
  • Considering other platforms and areas to move to ADP in order to consolidate our platforms and make it easier for admins and employees.
ADP touches every area in HR. They handle onboarding, offboarding, talent acquisition, compliance training, career paths, and so many other areas. I believe they can even handle expense reimbursements and travel. We are still looking into other areas we can use ADP for to consolidate our platforms. It really is a great system.

Performance Management was a super easy transition. Lots of guidance and relatively easy to learn. We are still working on integrating LMS.
Dayforce was used for a previous acquisition. We only used it for a few months, but I was so glad we didn't need to continue using it. It was not an easy platform to use at the time. Not sure if it has gotten any better since we were required to use it.

Great support features and team. I love that ADP Workforce Now offers a chat so I can easily ask questions when I need to and get instant answers and help. All the representatives are so helpful and patient. I also like that for bigger or more complex questions, I can submit a case and see the status or updates anytime.
I love that ADP Workforce Now offers all the areas HR needs. It certainly makes my job easier working with fewer platforms. ADP's different modules are integrated nicely, and the system is so user-friendly. Some areas I don't use as often or have only used once or twice, but I never have trouble figuring out how to use them. I also love their system resources, such as the Bridge. So much information there, and I love that you can interact with other HR professionals and ADP representatives.
