We utilize ADP Workforce Now for various areas, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, and soon, their Learning Management System. I love having a one-stop shop for employees and us admins. It makes it so much easier to keep things integrated and all areas up to date. It's nice not to have a dozen different programs and log-in information to remember for handling various HR tasks. I know the employees appreciate it too. Fewer platforms mean employees have less to remember and can easily complete their tasks without much help, if any, from HR. I have used other platforms previously and feel ADP Workforce Now's user-friendly platform and its capabilities top the competitors.

- Currently negotiated adding on LMS in the upcoming year, saving over $1,000 just for switching to ADP's LMS alone.
- Considering other platforms and areas to move to ADP in order to consolidate our platforms and make it easier for admins and employees.

Performance Management was a super easy transition. Lots of guidance and relatively easy to learn. We are still working on integrating LMS.
