Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is user-friendly, easy to navigate, access, and use. Makes employees self-dependent by providing access to our payslips and makes tax filing much easier and quicker. There are also a number of features and views that are not utilized by our company to the maximum extent possible so the full use of the software is not made. When something goes wrong it does not throw up any error message which does not help us understand what went wrong.

The website sometimes freezes on me and I will have to clear the cache for me to be able to log in and check my pay. I like the ease to navigate and helps me to file the tax very easily. I personally have not used the mobile apps but heard from colleagues that they had issues when using them
