Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce for payroll processing and tax computation in my organisation. It is highly affordable and easily accessible.

It caters to benefit the issues related to record-keeping, quick solutions to solve the problem. Also, it is secure and highly dependable in assisting with accurate payroll processing and efficiently analysing time offs. It has streamlined and simplified the employee management database to a great extent.

  • It has provided semi-balanced ROI in the company and saved time for reports creation and benefit management
  • Although while issuing offcycle checks, it creates issues with upcoming payroll calculations
  • Taxes should be more accurately withheld as expected as ADP is reactive in addressing tax related issues
It has various reporting levels for different service segments across various organisations based in multiple locations. It is beneficial for single unit study as well when we analyse one department/ division/regions in our organisation. It can be customized to meet and user needs, it is optimally scalable in matching or business requirements.

It initially has several issues during transition, but the challenges were overcome with the use of these integrations as this made the maintenance of employees data in a tool more efficiently.
Data can be entered and visible everything, pre-populating across all workflows. It reduces mistakes with proactive error detection and does not miss alerts as it has notification feature enabled in it.

I have never acquired any support to have support for the product. But still it easy usage has made more convenient to experience in payroll processing. ADP Workforce Now has significantly reduced my administrative payroll process.Overall ADP Workforce has been an instrumental tool in helping me stay in compliance with my business and also to keep my business records up to date.
ADP Workforce Now offers compliant solutions as document depository for companies like mine operating in a multi-state environment.It provides standard reports with customisable fields and sorting options as per the requirements. Although, Glitches in registration and accessing trainings on comprehensive learning system could be fixed to ensure hassle-free learning environment
