Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Time and attendance instead of paper timesheets (I can
read), also use HR functions – schedules, reports, ACA, and of course, payroll processing with tax returns.
  • Educational learning of the product.
  • Timesheet ease.
  • Timing of updates - when they are done that there are not a lot of errors for the main processing day.
  • Service connects - that it does not take more than 24 hours to at least get a response that someone is working on the problem if not corrected.
  • I can now read 100% of the timesheets compared to before when they were handwritten.
We still have issues with internet availability to use on
our towboats and dredges that are in the river. It would be nice to be able to do more offline.

Issues with smart compliance/local taxes.
For everyday payroll, time, and attendance, it is great. If you
are in a heavy tax area (many local, to
go with state and federal) you may think
twice, or at least take extra time in the setup to make sure all is correct.

COVID-19 Response

Good - they provided updates as soon as
the government changed the rules daily.
Was very helpful, helped streamline the process.
Keep me up to date on all government rules,
changes and program that would be helpful for our business.
Only a few employees have used it, and most of our employees are
not that tech savvy.
