ADP Workforce Now is used for time & attendance, HRIS information, reports, payroll, and ACA compliance. And performance reviews.

Customer support is terrible. When a ticket is submitted, it sometimes takes weeks for a resolution if we are lucky.
ADP Workforce Now may work for some organizations, but it doesn't provide us with what we need due to the complexity of our organization, but we try to work with what we have. We always have issues, but there is a lack of customer service support. We assigned a rep which we rarely ever hear from.
