Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Currently I use it as a secondary HRIS with payroll as the core use. I have used the entire suite from recruiting, on boarding, Performance management, payroll, benefits, comp, ACA, taxes, cobra, etc...
  • Mostly user friendly
  • Training bridge
  • Payroll analytics
  • Truly all in one without logging into other browsers to navigate
  • Audit tools for reconciliation
  • Customer support
  • Expensive for the amount of support provided.
I think the software is capable of more than the employees are trained to guide a client through. Often I have features at a prior employer that a new account manager is not trained on and I have to fight to get it built.

Integration support at ADP is incredibly lacking over the last 10 years. I have had a few failed implememntions where I have had to fire the implementation lead which caused major delays and zero ownership was taken by ADP. This seems to be the norm now as others have had similar experiences.
I did not select ADP, I'm evaluating the other softwares to move away from ADP.

I have had some good support and some bad support.
Paylocity, UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Central (discontinued)
ADP has its pros and cons just like any software. The biggest pro is ease of use. The biggest con segregated modules.
