Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Currently I use it as a secondary HRIS with payroll as the core use. I have used the entire suite from recruiting, on boarding, Performance management, payroll, benefits, comp, ACA, taxes, cobra, etc...

- Payroll analytics
- Truly all in one without logging into other browsers to navigate
- Audit tools for reconciliation
- Customer support
- Expensive for the amount of support provided.

Integration support at ADP is incredibly lacking over the last 10 years. I have had a few failed implememntions where I have had to fire the implementation lead which caused major delays and zero ownership was taken by ADP. This seems to be the norm now as others have had similar experiences.
