Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
Develop interactive elearning courses including simulations and scenario based activities in Storyline. We also develop compliance training, general knowledge courses, and assessments - all spanning across multiple business units. For many of our clients like government, they have to be accessible and 508 compliant.
Pros

- AI tools for example the voice over and auto-generating captions
Cons
- Ability to use Storyline natively on Mac without Mac users needing to download/purchase a virtual windows machine
- Better ability to capture processes for simulations
- More variety in the stock characters
- More accessible course creation for clients
- Great training and community with eLearning heroes
Mostly Storyline is used with AI… occasionally I use Rise and if I need a complex interaction, I add a Storyline block. I’ve played with the LMS; however, it doesn’t produce enough data for me.
For sure captions and AI voices.
Articulate 360 offers more variety and is easier to use. For me, if you can use PowerPoint, you can use Storyline.
