Overall Satisfaction with Atera

I use it to monitor system performance in real-time. Atera minimizes the wait time due to human intervention. It has several features that ensure that systems are put to productive use most of the time instead of waiting for technician support when time is quickly running out.

Pros

  • Real-time system performance monitoring.
  • Patch management is good as it saves time scouting for OS compatibility.
  • Remote access is user friendly.

Cons

  • End-user service options will minimize intervention.
  • Pricing could be made more affordable.
  • More differentiated service options should be available for users.
  • Better System Output.
  • Reduction on employee cost.
Atera is impactful. Employees can save time as conventional interventions for IT solutions are not required. It is quite time-saving that way. Also, the wait time is negligible compared to earlier occasions when a lot of dependency was there in the absence of software like Atera.
It is a one-stop solution for many IT issues one will likely encounter at the workplace where the workflow is system-dependent. Processes are now faster, and efficiency has improved.
