Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
I use Avalara to make our indirect sales and use tax computations and compliance accurate and efficient. It is hard to imagine being responsible for sales and use taxes and not using a software product like Avalara. Our indirect sales and use tax process operates very efficiently with the assistance of Avalara.

Avalara has a nice economic nexus map where it shows you states where it believes you are getting close or have exceeded the economic thresholds.
We already sell internationally - Each of the foreign entities is responsible for their own compliance function.

Have not used support for very advanced questions. When having a basic to intermediate issue the call center is good at answering the question and resolving the issue.
