Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use BigCommerce and it’s B2B edition to support online ordering for our distributors. BigCommerce has a powerful B2B engine that is far superior then the other options in the e-commerce market. With some customizations it was able to support our complex ordering process.

I would definitely like to see more integrations. Unfortunately a lot of the integrations have additional costs to them which I understand but some of them could be more reasonably priced. Their APIs are great and allow us to connect easily to our backend systems.
- Shopify and OroCommerce
Their B2B features are incomparable. Shopify was another contender but didn’t have the B2B capabilities that BigCommerce has
