Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We use Braze for all of our marketing communications, mostly email + in app messaging. Right now we are using Braze for all of our ad-hoc weekly marketing campaign emails as well as our automated leads + retention journeys.
- Training + support - Braze's training, documentation and support teams are incredible and SO hepful.
- Cohesive channel messaging. Braze allows us to easily manage cross-channel message and also have visibility into and streamline the amount of communications customers receive
- Organization - Braze's interface is SUPER organized and easy to work with. The tagging feature allows us to easily tag + find different canvases.
- Integration -- there were parts of the integration we didn't have a ton of clarity on how the feature would work for our business. For example, the content cards. We used some custom integration that we are now learning was not needed.
- Reporting - if emails are switched out in a canvas, it is often difficult to tell in the reporting what is running and what isn't

- We were able to streamline our data from over 400 fields to just 75 custom attributes + nested custom attributes.
