Overall Satisfaction with Braze
Braze is being used to engage our users with our brand, to improve app-engagement, conversion events and to deliver relevant communication to the right customers at the right time. It has been used as a campaign tool to connect our social media and news site to the app, while also serving as a way to make inbound marketing possible on our current website, as our endgoal is to get users engaged to the app.
Pros
- Segmenting our user base, in terms of their portfolio/location/user behavior
- Making comprehensive and easy customer journeys using canvas
- Enabling A/B testing in every step of the way
Cons
- It offers analytics insights, but this is still not incredibly detailed
- It takes a while for features on the product roadmap to be implemented
- The drag-and-drop editors of their marketing channels (Email & IAM) could use some improvement in terms of more functionality and tweaking abilities
- Segmentation
- The in-app message types it offers
- The external message types like push or email
- It has intensely increased our app engagement
- It has enabled new ways for our users to interact with our brand
- Our campaigns have become more diverse
