Overall Satisfaction with Braze

Our organization proudly uses Braze as a platform for our email efforts to healthcare professionals and facilities across the country. We have a very high-volume strategy, which means we needed a tool that made our process quicker, more user friendly, and could be tailored to our unique business verticals spanning a variety of disciplines.

Pros

  • UI - I appreciate the clean, visually pleasing experience of working in the platform
  • Support - we have appreciated our Braze onboarding and support team and their willingness to answer questions.
  • Ease of adaptation - I think Braze is a painless and effective platform to adapt to, no matter your industry!

Cons

  • Better integration between other software and platforms, such as CRMs like Salesforce
  • Reliability - our previous platform was slow and experienced a lot of bugs/crashing.
Braze is definitely an industry standard for email marketing. I valued the ease of use even with just a quick overview from another teammate.
I wasn’t a huge part of this process, but I think Braze is up to par with other platforms in this area. I’d be curious to see more remarketing options and ways to optimize built in.
Usability, efficiency, and reliability are what we looked for….and Braze was the platform that most impressed our leadership and email staff.

Our organization has a really unique business model and we’ve found that many software companies have issues with adapting to the healthcare space. The vast and varied needs of clients such as physicians or large healthcare systems means that deep levels of customization are key. I think Braze does this well, however, the process of building out templates and ramping up to volume could have been easier in our case. However, our org is unique and we appreciated Braze’s willingness to learn alongside us in this process.
