My Journey with Braze
Overall Satisfaction with Braze
I use Braze as an all in one customer engagement platform for major touchpoints. This cuts across email marketing, SMS, push notifications, in app banners, content cards all automated through Braze. Before now, this would have to be tracked on different platforms but with Braze, I am able to meet my users where they are, track communications with them with detailed reporting, reduce churn across touchpoints and ensure that a user is engaged throughout their lifecycle.

I believe that this has been the case for us. Data integration was seamless, journey orchestration and segmentation has also been more detailed and less ambiguous. The impact is that we have experienced increased customer engagement and conversions without the need to overspend. The ROI of switching to Braze has been a great win in the long run.
Over time, I realize that I need a platform that gives me the benefit of each platform all in one without having to switch for each benefit and that's why I went with Braze.
