Broadvoice is a great platform and solution for anyone looking to move to the cloud. The portal is easy to use and helps us to remotely manage multiple locations spread out across the country from a single pane view. The implementation process is great and helps save time when adding new locations.

Broadvoice has a very strong offering compared to some of the more well known providers in the Magic Quadrant. In my opinion they offer better support during the implementation process, which is important. They also allow you to schedule ports for a specific time, unlike some other providers. They can turn around orders very fast and get customers up and running quickly.
