Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice as our only phone service carrier at a high volume family law firm. We use Broadvoice in connection with Yealink devices (multiple phones, including a conference room "spider" style phone) and the 3CX platform, which provides us the ability to make calls via a desktop application, instant message one another in the office, send text messages to clients when necessary, etc). We have had little to no issues since acquiring Broadvoice service, as opposed to our previous provider who left us without phone service for entire days on a pretty frequent basis, with very slow resolution times; this impacted our business greatly, as we receive 100+ calls most days. The service and connection provided through Broadvoice has been very reliable, and is easy to set up and use. An account manager also followed up with me a few times as we began services, which was thoughtful. I did not wind up having any questions or concerns to address with him, but if I had, the follow up would have been even more helpful. Overall, great experience so far. Pricing is reasonable in comparison to similar services, and the quality exceeds that of past services utilized. Broadvoice invoices are easy to read and to understand, and it is great to know that support is reachable should we need it.
  • Reliable connection
  • Friendly account manager
  • Seamless service
  • Reasonable price point
  • Easy to use
  • Straightforward and to the point
  • Compatible with desktop applications and equipment
  • More education regarding Broadvoice services offered would be great
  • I didn't choose Broadvoice myself, as we trust our IT company to handle those things; so I wasn't very familiar with all of the features and the process of getting things set up. However, I did not really need to be and we have had zero issues.
  • Had some fuzzy connections in the very beginning after setup - unsure why, but resolution was quick and efficient
  • reliable service
  • reasonable pricing
  • good connection
  • lesser costs, contributes to reasonable financial impact
  • reliable service, meaning we don't miss calls - good for business
  • ease of use allows all employees to make the most of the service
We use 3CX in conjunction, and we really like it. 3CX in connection with Broadvoice offers many features that make scheduling clients and communicating with one another easy and fast.
We had Mitel for our phones for about 5 years; which really started to decline in the last couple of years we had it. I am unsure who the carrier for Mitel was, however the service was very unreliable and required that we maintain a failover internet connection which also didn't always work. This resulted in many technical issues, causing us to miss calls and to take time away from actual work to resolve those problems, which sometimes took days.

Yes

Are you happy with Broadvoice's feature set?

Yes

Did Broadvoice live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Broadvoice go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Broadvoice again?

Yes

As a busy law firm, Broadvoice has served us well. I can't think of a reason or a time that we would need anything different. Given that we receive several hundred calls per week, reliable phone service is essential to the operation of the firm and ultimately drives our business. I imagine that Broadvoice would be a great solution for any business with high call volume, whether inbound or outbound.
