Overall Satisfaction with Canto
Within our organization, the Marketing department takes the lead in utilizing Canto to manage, categorize, and distribute assets like photographs and graphic files. Access to Canto is extended to other departments, facilitating efficient searches and usage of media items. The platform's features, such as tagging, keywording, and facial recognition, enable swift and easy sorting through a vast collection of photographs, ultimately saving valuable time for project teams in need of these assets. Furthermore, Canto serves as a rapid and effective means of sharing files, even with external parties beyond our organization.
- Categorizating.
- Sharing content.
- Facial recognition.
- Keywording.
- Search.
- Tagging
- Quick use of editable files.
- Slow upload at times.
- Massive time saving.
- Other employees can search for content themselves without needing assistance.
We haven't used the portal or style guides as we already have something in place for that but the facial recognition is excellent when you need to quickly search for a specific employee that features in a handful of photographs across multiple years at the company. Previously we were having to tag all of the photos of each person with their name.
Canto is a lot more versatile with a lot more features.
