Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
It is being used by our Sales department. It addresses problems when it comes to our monthly sales commission.
- Easy to use: I knew how to use the system immediately.
- Up to date: The system is very up to date.
- Fast: I was able to approve my commission in seconds.
- None at this time: I think everything is very easy to use and have had no issues.

We normally would use Gmail for our commission balances. We would receive an email and have to approve it this way. Now, we just use CaptivateIQ and it's so easy.
