Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CIQ to calculate and process all commission plans within our company. This has allowed us to build confidence in the commission calculating process by having transparency on sales, consistently accurate calculations, and significantly reduced the time it takes to process each month.

We use CIQ for calculating all of our commission plans. It is easy to use monthly, easy to change plans when needed, and accurately tracks prior months payouts. The audit process and the approval process has made the process complete for us. We are very pleased with the performance of this software. It has helped us reduce the processing time drastically. From an analyst perspective, I would like to see the reporting improve. I have other software that I use for analyzing the data coming out of CIQ instead of using the reporting module within the system.
